- Wool Cap or Sun hat
- Sunglasses

- Base layer: Removes sweat, prevents humidity and cold. Polyester-Polypropylene-like material
- Backpack: 20 to 30 liters / 5 to 8 gallons
- Gloves: thermal / synthetic fiber
- Outer layer: Waterproof jacket products against moisture, wind and rain. Gore-tex like material.
- Trekking poles (optional).
- Waterproof or fast dry trousers (no denim)
